From the beginning, we dreamed of creating a forever home—peaceful, welcoming, and deeply connected to nature. When we discovered this block of land, we knew it was the one. Thoughtfully designed to embrace the surrounding landscape, the home offers sweeping views that make it feel like you own a thousand acres—private, expansive, and breathtaking.
Every element has been carefully chosen, from the century-old Jarrah floorboards—salvaged from the original Mt Barker Co-op—to handcrafted benchtops, timber ceilings, and custom windows, doors, and trims. These details add warmth and character, perfectly blending the home with its natural surroundings.
Our goal was to create a space where family and friends could gather, relax, and make lasting memories. In winter, we cozy up by the fireplace, while summer brings long evenings on the deck, cooled by the coastal breeze. In the evenings, we retreat to our theatre room to enjoy a favourite movie. When it’s time to unwind, we slip into the heated spa bath or take a quiet moment in the steam sauna—little luxuries that elevate everyday living.


Mornings are best spent outside, enjoying the peaceful beauty and visiting wildlife. Ducks, blue wrens, red-tailed black cockatoos, ospreys, and kangaroos have all become part of our daily rhythm. Guests often comment on the calm, inviting feel of the home—a space that truly offers rest, comfort, and connection to the land.
