So luxurious that it's almost unbelievable!

THE HOME

Set right away to the rear and back from the coastal traffic yet still managing a breathtakingly-expansive ocean view out towards our famous Rottnest Island, this immaculate 3 bedroom 3 bathroom tri-level residence absolutely oozes modern quality. A surprisingly-secluded lifestyle is on offer within this prestigious award-winning development (aptly named "Aqua Vista") behind an electric entry gate and opposite the popular Mettams Pool - one of Perth's finest beaches.

When not bracing the surf though, you will appreciate the uninterrupted vista even further from the top level where sumptuous open-plan living and an indulgent master-bedroom suite await, as well as a chef's dream gourmet kitchen. On the first floor, your guests will be in awe once you introduce them to a full-width balcony that overlooks it all, whilst two queen-sized bedroom suites each feature their very own well-appointed en-suite bathrooms - just like the master. A dual-purpose laundry-come-kitchenette and a lovely courtyard with a barbecue area and established garden beds complete the picture.

Downstairs, a secure ground-level remote-controlled lock-up garage is complemented by a storeroom and an outdoor shower for washing yourself off following a long, hot day at the beach. This one is simply a class above the rest - and it's obvious as to why.

North Beach overview

The name North Beach began as a descriptive name, derived from the suburb being at the time the most northerly of Perth's beaches. It was assigned in 1888 when surveyor Charles Crossland referred to the pastoral leases of Samuel Richard Hamersley as his "north beach coastal run". The suburb was originally set aside as a timber reserve in the 1860s and then as a quarantine area for camels entering in the 1890s. A number of orchards operated in the area with the only evidence that remains today an old olive tree on Hope Street.

Life in North Beach

Residential styles in North Beach include a mix of holiday dwellings from before and after World War II, some former workers' houses, and modern dwellings. As a residential suburb, North Beach has small shopping areas on the coast and at Flora Terrace and Castle Street which offer basic commercial services. The suburb features a tennis club and has two primary schools - North Beach Primary School and Our Lady of Grace School.
