Catch of the Day!

This beachside retreat epitomizes relaxed seaside living in this beautiful coastal town. Situated at the northern end of town, it's only a short walk to the beach and the elevated position of the home secures a view of ocean from the front deck.

Pop up the stairs and you will find a wide decked verandah, perfect for afternoon drinks or a good vantage point to check out the ocean.

A sliding door leads into the main open plan living area of the home where you will be greeted by high pine ceilings, tiled floors and white plantation shutters on all of the windows and sliding door – this all adds to the coastal charm of the property. The modern kitchen provides plenty of workspace, while ensuring you don't miss out on any of the action. Featuring a Bosch electric oven and cooktop, large fridge recess with overhead cupboards and a pantry, you will be sure to feel at home in this kitchen.

There is plenty of room in the living area for both dining and lounge areas, and a RC air con is handy in both summer and winter.

The master bedroom is on the western side of the home with a window overlooking the front verandah and the trees. A triple robe and a RC air con add to the charm of this room.

The family bathroom has been renovated with a modern 3 drawer vanity and a shower over a deep bath with glass partition. The laundry has been cleverly tucked away behind two shutters where you will find a trough, room for the washing machine and some shelves – who needs to spend time in the laundry when you could be at the beach! A separate toilet is between the master bedroom and the bathroom.

The two minor bedrooms have neutral décor with plantation shutters, double robes for storage and are situated on the other side of the living area.

The whole underneath of the home has been enclosed and lined providing a great space for a home office, games room or bunk room. It has been partitioned into two sections, so let your imagination run wild and use this area to suit your own requirements. With LED lights, windows and sliding door, this a great multi-purpose area.

The outside area will not disappoint either with:

• A large timber deck off the rear of the home covered with a gabled patio – the perfect spot for an afternoon of entertaining or catching some winter sun.
• An outdoor shower, perfect to rinse off after a morning swim at the beach
• Gravel driveway and retained area to park two cars and perfect for the addition of a double carport.
• Near new heat pump hot water system
• 11 Solar panels
• 4.5m x 4m garden shed

This beautiful home would make a perfect holiday home/rental or enjoy the serenity every day and live here permanently.

Binningup overview

Binningup is a south western coastal townsite located 127 kilometres south of Perth and 30 kilometres north of Bunbury. Binningup takes its name from "Binningup Beach Estate", a name used by a syndicate of Harvey people who subdivided the area in 1953. By 1962 there was only one resident in the area, but many homes were built in the following few years. At the request of the Shire of Harvey, Binningup was gazetted a townsite in 1963.
