WHERE IT IS
Superbly close to Armadale Town Centre, with so many shops, cafes, restaurants, cinema and more. There's also the train station just up the road, this is an extremely practical place to live! The neighborhood is great, and I reckon if you ran an age survey on the people in the area anyone under 50 might look like a kid because there are a lot of senior folk in the area. It's close to "Dale Cottages" retirement village, meaning you don't have too many "yahoos" living in the area.
