A little beauty in the middle of town.

Warm and welcoming is the best way to describe this 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom Cedar home that is occupying a generous 800sqm block in Ralph Street. The front has a quaint garden with natives, Tumblagooda Sandstone edging and double driveways - 1 to a carport and 1 has direct access to the back yard and shed. The front door opens onto the open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area with gas stove and split system air conditioner. The 3 bedrooms and bathroom are off the hallway. The master bedroom and 2nd bedrooms both have built in robes and the 3rd bedroom is off through the second bedroom so could be used as a playroom.
Outside living is a major focus with a great BBQ area at the rear and verandas all around to help keep the elements at bay plus a small garden. This entertaining area is separated from the rest of the back yard by a fence. In the second half of the back yard you will find heaps of room to play, garden or build plus the shed will delight the home handyman and it even has it's own outdoor plumbed sink, shower and toilet. Kalbarri overview

Kalbarri is a coastal resort and fishing town, 589 km north north west of Perth. It is located at the mouth of the Murchison River, the area becoming popular in the late 1940s as a tourist and fishing resort. In 1948 the government decided to declare a townsite here, and following the survey of lots the townsite was gazetted in 1951.

The name of Kalbarri was chosen from a list of Aboriginal words compiled by Daisy Bates in 1913. It is a man's name from a Murchison tribe, and also the name of an edible seed. The Aboriginal name for the area of Kalbarri has been recorded as "Wurdimarlu".
