This sophisticated home has been sent from above.
Got your head in the clouds but your feet planted firmly in reality? This might just be the place for you. It’s fun to fantasise about owning a sleek, contemporary home, but let’s be real - who has the time to keep all the glossy surfaces polished to a shine and all the gorgeous floors free of dirt? A common refrain, but here you can live your low-maintenance dream life while also feeling more than a bit luxe as you swan about in this ode to modernity. The sleek styling begins before you even enter the house, with a pretty patch of artificial turf adding lush vibes with minimal effort. Once inside you’ll relish the light and bright living spaces accented perfectly by plantation blinds, hard flooring, and LED downlighting. The quality kitchen is finished beautifully with SMEG appliances, durable EssaStone benches, and custom cabinetry. As above, so below; ascend to the gorgeous bedrooms fitted with built-in robes. Level up again with tech in the form of an electric entry gate, CCTV, a digital safe, and app-enabled aircon that keeps life comfy and ticking along. Even the alfresco entertaining area is a sweet and practical modern utopia. This may all sound like nirvana but trust us - it’s not a fantasy.
Location-wise, your prayers have been answered if you’re fond of getting active. Get out amongst it with the dog, the family, or solo; Shearn Park is an easy 180m away, there are gyms and a pilates studio close by, and dedicated cycle paths will have you zipping past traffic and across the river in no time flat. If you’re more inclined to find your bliss in a cup of coffee or a bowl of chips, casual catch-ups with mates are in order at Brixton Yard (500m) or Sherbet Café (750m). Then there are divine drinks to be sampled at The Inglewood (850m) or Lyric’s (700m), transcendent food at Chakra (500m) and Fish Boss (700m), and a magical medley of anything else you could desire ready to be explored throughout the Maylands & Inglewood social precincts and beyond. Worship at the altar of good taste and good times.
Psst: It's also in the Inglewood Primary & Mount Lawley Senior High School zones.

Maylands is a riverside inner-city suburb approximately 4.5 kilometres northeast of Perth, serviced by the Midland railway line on the northern bank of the Swan River. In 1896 the name "Maylands" was first used to identify the area, appearing on a poster advertising a land auction. However the exact reason how the area got its name is something of a mystery.
The suburb was once a source of clay for brick and tile making at Maylands Brickworks, and the pits from these activities are now part of a golf course and residential area. It was home to Perth's main airport until the early 1960s, and the facilities were converted to a training area for the Western Australian Police Service.
Maylands is known as a cultural and creative hub as it is home to The West Australian Ballet Centre and home to the WA Youth Jazz Orchestra. In recent years, new bars, cafés and restaurants, along with gourmet food and retail outlets have all contributed to an ongoing transformation of the town centre into a lively, diverse and inclusive destination. There are numerous shopping centres in the area, 15 parks and reserves and two primary schools.
