This stunning home has so much more than most, where do I start?
The elevated block? Or the privacy it gives, as well as an outlook over the area. With Bull nosed verandas shading the wide paved areas, a fantastic place to sit and contemplate on a summers afternoon.
Then there is the perfect sized back yard with false turf, even a kids cubby for the grandkids! And again this big wide verandas as well as the patio area where the family can get together to around the BBQ and enjoy a meal.
And we haven't even started in the inside.... A formal lounge and dining with stunning Blackbutt floors... yes it's solid timber and they are amazing... With gas log fire to keep you toasty warm on those cold winter nights.
And just as you would expect from a charter home decorative cornice, adorns the ceilings.
The spacious Jarrah Country style kitchen with room for a huge table will become the gathering point of the home. Boasting stainless steel dishwasher, wall oven and a 900mmm gas hot plate, with ample bench space for preparation, while the big window looks out over the patio at the rear.
Nestled on the Eastern side of the home off the double driveway another entrance into the Massive games room, with its easy care tiles and even the fourth bedroom tucked away...
This end of the home could be perfect for the craft person, artist, even music teacher, perfect for anyone wanting to run a home based business, as it can be completely separate form the rest of the home.
Nestled behind the carport./garage through roller door to lock up workshop under the main roof, so neat so tidy, and right near the back door you won't even get wet going to shed on. A stormy day!
And then to far end of the home the hallway leads to the other 3 bedrooms all with built in robes. The master bedroom is the stunning corner room with 2 big windows, giving the room so much light and both with roller shutters In cas there is a shift worker in the home! Even a split system air conditioner to make sleeping year round perfect!
The bathroom has separate shower and bath, with Solid Jarrah cabinetry, that then again flows through into the laundry.
