Indulge Yourself The Smart Way

11 Boronia ticks all the boxes on a modern family home. Walking up the driveway you have a spacious outdoor area, perfect to take in the views of the Indian Ocean over a sunset and a wine.

Entering in the front door through the spacious entrance/foyer leads you onto the open family area where the kitchen, dining and lounge are combined giving the appeal of inclusion. The semi formal lounge is adjacent to this area but still open. This area is tiled for coolness and cleaning and is also air conditioned.
The kitchen has a walk in pantry, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard space.
The Master bedroom is off the foyer and is grand with an ensuite, separate toilet, walk in robe, air conditioner, ceiling fan, carpet and glimpses of the ocean.
The 3 other bedrooms are off the dining and have built in robes, carpet and ceiling fans, there is also a play/study area with its own air con as well.
The backyard is made for entertaining with and undercover alfresco area, enough lawn for back yard cricket and established fruit trees, oh and don't forget the glimpses of the ocean as well.

The finishing touches are the electronic double roller door on the garage that also has a connecting back roller door so you can just go right through, the solar system and the neat and tidy, easy care gardens.

Kalbarri overview

Kalbarri is a coastal resort and fishing town, 589 km north north west of Perth. It is located at the mouth of the Murchison River, the area becoming popular in the late 1940s as a tourist and fishing resort.
