Now this is a big one! Check out the living spaces, these are seriously large. The floor plan shows the details but you'll get real perspective when you come and see it for yourself. Check out these bedrooms, they're proper big bedrooms with room for big furniture. You've got three living spaces too, so space is on offer wherever you look.

THE KITCHEN
Brand new dishwasher, benchtops and splash back make this a pristine place to work, and with so much bench space even the untidiest of cooks will have room to move.

THE THREE LIVING AREAS
1. The main living area which incorporates the dining and also the family room.
2. The big theatre or games room.
3. The formal lounge room adjacent the master bedroom.
They're all terrific spaces with high ceilings and there is ducted reverse cycle air conditioning throughout making it a comfortable place to live.

THE BEDROOMS
The master bedroom is wonderful with a large walk-in robe and a lovely ensuite bathroom. The secondary bedrooms are of a terrific size, two have large built in robes and one even has a walk-in-robe. These are master bedroom size so you've got big room for big people or giant room for little people.

OUTSIDE
The entertaining space is terrific, with the gabled patio and ample paved areas. There is a lawn area at the top of the yard and a cubby house for the kids to enjoy.

The garage has a large store room at the back, which has plumbing and also an air conditioner so you can use it for more than just boxes of stuff.

WHERE IT IS
Just a very quick walk to the respected Clifton Hills Primary School and an even quicker walk to Frye Park with its acres of playing fields, basketball courts and playground. It's walking distance to shops and cafes. Brilliant location!
