Almost daily mum loved to spend time catching up with her friends in the village cafe, exercising in the heated pool or attending the movie events in the cinema. Being very social she loved attending the Friday night Happy Hour in the Club Rooms and playing Chase the Ace!
When it was time to celebrate her 80th Birthday she was thrilled to be able to hold a private cocktail party with family and friends in the Club Rooms. With some interstate guests arriving for this event it was so special to be able to book a few private accommodation suites at the village to be close to mum. Mum chose her villa because of the lovely garden and peaceful outlook from her living area. She would love to potter around the garden and attend to her colourful plants. When she had family over for a BBQ there was all that lovely lawn area to spread out into to enjoy the sunshine.
