We have a confession to make...

We have absolutely fallen in love with this gorgeous villa and we bet you will too!

Check out the huge garden and how about having two car bays, it's just unheard of these days! Ps did we mention it's fully renovated!

Set back from the road and located in a small group of 8 villas, enter through the door and you'll find an open plan living and dining room with lovely timber flooring, fully renovated kitchen with a gorgeous country double sink, gas cooking and ample cupboard and storage space with crisp white cabinetry. Three bedrooms, the master and second bedroom with built in robes, renovated main bathroom and separate laundry room, one undercover car bay + a second additional car bay. Outside you'll find a wraparound paved courtyard with an undercover alfresco, a partially decked area and a lovely lawn/garden with mature greenery for privacy. Out here you have so much space which is a rare find for a villa these days!

Superbly located within walking distance to Maylands Primary School, local parks and the Swan River, a short drive to Perth CBD and Perth Airport, multiple cafes, shops, Eighth avenue caf strip and Beaufort Street also close by. What more could you ask for!

Maylands overview

Maylands is a riverside inner-city suburb approximately 4.5 kilometres northeast of Perth, serviced by the Midland railway line on the northern bank of the Swan River. In 1896 the name "Maylands" was first used to identify the area, appearing on a poster advertising a land auction. However the exact reason how the area got its name is something of a mystery.

The suburb was once a source of clay for brick and tile making at Maylands Brickworks, and the pits from these activities are now part of a golf course and residential area. It was home to Perth's main airport until the early 1960s, and the facilities were converted to a training area for the Western Australian Police Service.

Life in Maylands

Maylands is known as a cultural and creative hub as it is home to The West Australian Ballet Centre and home to the WA Youth Jazz Orchestra. In recent years, new bars, cafés and restaurants, along with gourmet food and retail outlets have all contributed to an ongoing transformation of the town centre into a lively, diverse and inclusive destination. There are numerous shopping centres in the area, 15 parks and reserves and two primary schools.
