I have been in the real estate industry since 1996, experiencing every aspect of a Real Estate office from Reception right through to Head of Department but I have mainly been drawn to the Property Management Department. I have experienced Holiday Rental Management, Strata Management but my passion is Residential Property Management.
Being a home owner, renovator and investor myself I understand what owners want from their Property Management Department, as it does take a team to effectively manage a rent roll to the high standard that one would expect not just one individual. The best management is a 'village' mentality.
I believe in proactively managing a property not just the day to day maintenance and rent collection. To stay relevant in this ever changing market you must continually be preparing your property for the future.
