Shellabears is one of the longest running family based Real Estate agencies in Perth still operated by the founding family. Whilst forging new business relationships, the company still handles the property affairs of clients introduced by previous generations and prides itself on providing the same high level of service to old and new clients alike.
In addition to Sales and Appraisals, we also focus on design and planning advice. Shellabears is uniquely positioned to have on-site access to a highly respected Architect and Builder, who can assist buyers with their understanding of building, property planning, subdivisions, developments and of course design utilising our R-Code system.
