    We are a Real Estate office situated in Morley, who needs a reliable and hardworking person to head up our front reception area.

    Job tasks and responsibilities and duties Include:
    Receipting daily rents and associated daily duties.
    Entering creditors.
    Answering phones and taking accurate messages with professional phone manner
    Incoming & outgoing mail
    Meeting & greeting clients
    Stationery & other ordering
    Typing & preparation of documents
    Maintaining key register
    General office duties as required.
    Assisting work colleagues when required
    Ensuring smooth operation of all front office functions.

    To be considered for this role you will need to have the following attributes:
    Previous Reception experience preferred but we are happy to train the right person.
    Neat and tidy presentation
    Great written and verbal communication skills.
    Computer skills in MS Word and Outlook.
    Attention to detail.
    Take initiative as required and be a Team player.
    We are a GeeDee software Office.
    Work hours are from 8.15am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday inclusive.
