    Job description:
    If you are a fully qualified and experienced Strata Manager, and are looking to secure a long term spot in a well respected office, we want to talk to you!

    You MUST be proficient in ALL aspects of being a Strata Manager, as well as the use of StrataMaster operating program. This is a senior role - a minimum of 2 years experience is absolutely essential.

    In this role you will have access to staff members who are able to assist in some areas, but we ideally would love you to come in and make the portfolio your own. We value loyalty - and an ideal candidate would have spent several years in their previous role/s. We are certainly looking for someone with the plan to secure a long term position.

    Remuneration will reflect your skill level and willingness to address all aspects of the position. You will be managing just under 40 complexes, and have a level of flexibility in your hours so long as your tasks are completed (following completion of 6 month probation period).
