After my initial introduction into real estate in a small elite office, I moved to a large franchise office where I competed to be the number 1 sales representative month after month.
I gained my Agent Licence in 2008, and have been a part-owner of three agencies before becoming a sole director/licencee of my own agency Michelle Hawkins Real Estate.
A comment that several people have said to me over the years is as follows:” I will always sell with you Michelle, however you are expensive to buy from”. I take this as a compliment.
My success has been attributed to an excellent family with my husband of 30 years always supporting me and two beautiful children that are creating exciting successful careers in their chosen fields. My passion for real estate has seen me personally design two beautiful homes, owner-build a 5 level duplex pair, organise many subdivisions and help people in all areas of real estate. My passion throughout the years and experiences has inspired me to write a book of which I have drafted down a huge amount of highs and lows and funny experiences - I believe it will be a great read for anyone considering a real estate career.
I have been working in real estate industry since 1995.
