Shane Patience

Shane has sold residential properties in Perth Northern coastal suburbs since 1994 having lived in the City of Wanneroo for 15 years. He has used his intimate local knowledge to practice real estate.

Previously a sales representative with CSR, Shane was involved in supplying components for land sub-division, then starting out a salesperson selling residential homes for parents Barry and Wendy Patience. Shane’s interest was & remains in Real Estate.

After further studies and experience, Shane gained his triennial Certificate and commenced business at First National Real Estate Patience, Joondalup in 2000.

His office is at Shop 1 Candlewood Village, Candlewood Blvd, Joondalup where he is now a member of the First National Real Estate Network.

Shane’s interests include diving, golf and travel. The latter is not very easy in a busy Real Estate Agency.
