As managing director Richard directs the day to day operations of Harcourts APG, running our Property Management Division, and involved our Residential Sales Division, including conceptualizing and implementing many of our current Information Technology platforms.
Richard is well qualified for this position, having begun his career in real estate in his late teens. Now, some thirty years later, he draws upon these “hands-on” experiences at all levels of residential, commercial and industrial real estate, for the benefit of our teams, and ultimately our clients.
With a string of awards and certification at the highest industry standards, he adopts a Total Quality Management approach in his day to day management activities. When asked about this philosophy his passion shines through. “Well trained staff who are focused entirely on their clients. I will do everything I can do everything I can to maintain and improve on that. I will do all I can to refine and improve on how we deliver our services. I want our clients to have the best service experience possible when they work with Harcourts APG. That’s the bottom line. ”
