    Located in the heart of the Peel region, Mandurah experienced 0.8 per cent growth to its annual median house price, pushing it to $332,500 for the year to 30 September 2015 (based on settled sales as at 11 January 2016).

    To purchase a home in the upper quartile price range of the suburb, you’d be looking to spend around $370,000, while Mandurah’s lower quartile house price sits at around $290,000.

    Mandurah’s median unit price for the year to 30 September 2015 is $355,000, while for land it is $185,000.

    Houses make up approximately 47 per cent of the property landscape in Mandurah, while duplexes, villas and townhouses make up around 36 per cent.
