    photo-east-perth-plus-perthcbd-skylineOverall reported sales in Perth dropped two per cent to 641 sales this week, down from 655 last week.

    This decline in sales can be attributed to a three per cent decrease in house sales and a two per cent decrease in land sales. Meanwhile, unit sales lifted by one per cent over the week.

    The total number of properties listed for sale recorded a marginal one per cent increase to 15,189 this week from 14,990 last week, which was a result of listings for houses, units and land all increasing by one per cent over the week.

    This figure is two per cent higher than four weeks ago and 15 per cent higher than at the same time last year.

    Looking to Perth’s rental market now and REIWA members reported that the total number of properties available for rent remained unchanged in percentage terms over the week at 9,813.

    This figure is three per cent lower than four weeks ago but 57 per cent higher than the same time last year.
