REIWA encourages its members and their staff to continually update their education and professional training. REIWA members have access to more than 60 courses each year to keep them up to date with industry developments and marketing trends. The courses are designed to ensure REIWA members can provide the best level of service and expertise to meet your needs.

Accurate market information

Having the latest market information and access to historical trends is critical to getting the right selling or rental price. REIWA has its own research department which maintains the most current and extensive information on all aspects of the property market. REIWA data and analysis are highly regarded by government and industry as accurate and reliable. Only REIWA members have automatic access to this industry intelligence.

Business conduct

REIWA operates a service to the public whereby they can raise queries and seek clarification in relation to any real estate transaction made through a real estate agent. REIWA members assist on a voluntary basis with those enquiries and advise consumers of recourse which is available should the complaint not be able to be resolved by mediation.

If there is a financial claim REIWA operates an arbitration service.
